Black Bean Soup

1 cup salsa
2 cans black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cups chicken broth

Heat salsa over medium heat for 2 min. Add beans and broth and heat to boiling. Cover and simmer on med-low for 15 min. Let cool slightly and spoon into blender to puree. Top with cheese, chips, shredded chicken, sour cream, avocado, etc.
