Chicken Salad

I tried some different ingredients to spice up our traditional chicken salad and it turned out great!

4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 celery ribs, chopped
2-3 cups halved red seedless grapes (I like lots of grapes)
2 T sour cream
1/2-1/3 cup mayonaise (depending on how wet/dry you like it)
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T tarragon
2 t lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Serve with pita bread or rolls. Also good with avocado and cheddar cheese.
