Thai Peanut Sauce

From my friend Amy. I made a salad last night for dinner with spinach, snap peas, carrots, and Teriyaki chicken and used this as the dressing. So yummy!

1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar (I used regular rice vinegar)
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt (I used 1 tsp salt)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (I didn't add this)
Pinch crushed red pepper (I didn't add this)

Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
