5 cups pureed peaches (peeled and pitted)
2 cups sugar (I only used 1 cup)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
The recipe says to boil the puree, lemon juice, and sugar, remove from heat and then add the vanilla. It then gives instructions for canning. I only made half of the recipe and just put everything in a blender without cooking it and it tastes amazing! I don't plan on canning it and I'm sure it will be gone this week :)
