Cream Cheese Enchiladas

1 lb ground beef browned
2 cans diced tomatoes undrained
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp cumin
1 large can green chilies
1 brick cream cheese
2 cups shredded jack cheese
Tortillas

In sauce pan brown ground beef. Add onions and garlic and saute until cooked through. Add tomatoes and cumin. Simmer.
Use 7-8 tortillas. Spread each with soft cream cheese. Spread a tbsp or so of green chilies and top with a handful of jack cheese. Fold in half.
Layer bottom of large baking dish with half of the meat mixture. Top with folded tortillas and then with the rest of the meat mixture. Sprinkle some more jack cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min.
