Cheese Cake

2 bricks cream cheese
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla

Beat cream cheese alone until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

Grahm Cracker Crust

2 pkgs grahm crackers crushed. (Mom always uses the bottom of a mug)
2 heaping tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp melted butter

Combine above ingredients and form to a pie pan using a fork.
Bake crust at 400 for 10-12 min.
Remove and cool.
Add cheese cake filling and refrigerate 2 hrs minimum.

Top with fresh fruit, pie filling etc etc.
