Quiche

2 deep dish pie crusts*
7 eggs
2 cups milk
Onion flakes
Salt and pepper
Broccoli, mushrooms, peas, spinach (I like to use 1 or 2 veggies per quiche)
Ham, chopped
2 cups grated swiss cheese

Prepare and bake favorite pie crust recipe or bake prepared crust at 350 for 15 min. While baking crusts, scramble eggs, milk and seasonings (to taste) together. When crusts are done, add enough meat and vegetables to desired taste in each crust. Top with cheese. Divide egg mixture into both pans and bake at 350 for 45 min.

*For a crustless Quiche, add 1 cup of flour to the egg mixture and use a large baking dish (greased with a little bit of butter). Bake for about 30 min.
