Cafe Rio Pork

3-4 lb. pork roast
1 can coke
1 bottle red taco sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 T. cumin

Cook pork roast in crock pot on low for 6 hours with water covering 1/4 of the roast. Shred. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 3 hours. Use for salads, tacos, or burritos. Great with Cilantro Lime Rice and Creamy Tomatillo Dressing.
